Shipping and delivery


When will my order be delivered?


Due to COVID-19 (corona) it might take some more time for your order to be delivered.

Our office is still partly closed and we pack and ship all packages once a week. On Tuesday we prepare the shipments and on Wednesday all orders are packed and shipped. 


The delivery time of your order depends on your location. Usually you should receive your order within one or two weeks. Shipping may be delayed on weeks leading up to and/or following a Strong Viking event. At this moment we are experiencing problems with delivery of packages, especially outside of the Netherlands, if you haven't received your package after three weeks, please contact us.


Can I pick up my order at an event?

Yes, you can pick your order up at one of our events. For dates check: When ordering choose ‘Pickup at Event’ as shipping method. After placing your order send an email to: shop[@] with your ordernumber and the event you want to pick up your order. Print your orderconfirmation and bring it with you to the event, we will have your order ready at the merchandise stand. Please note, we can only promise to have it ready for you if you place your order at the latest on Wednesday.

Can I Track my order?

Yes. As soon as we have shipped your order you receive a confirmation mail. With the track&trace code in this email you can track your order. Attention: it can take a frew days for the track&trace code to show information about delivery.


Return and exchange

How do I return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days after receiving the items.

Send your items in their original packaging. Please also pack shoe boxes in a new box or bag, don’t put tape on the shoe box. Add the order confirmation or packing slip. Please also write a short note with what you are returning and if you want to exchange it for another item or want a money refund. Send your order to:
